David J. Wold, CHBC
David J. Wold is the Chief Executive Officer of Healthcare Information Services, L.L.C. (HIS). In 1999, Mr. Wold, along with several physician investors acquired Illinois Medical Billing Services; a physician billing company that was founded in 1976. The name was changed to Healthcare Information Services, L.L.C.

HIS is a physician management company that specializes in
helping physicians manage their reimbursement and technology.

Under Mr. Wold’s leadership, HIS’ corporate infrastructure has significantly expanded over the past seven years. HIS has grown from 40 employees in one location to an organization which now employs over 225 employees operating in three locations.

HIS was the first physician management company to successfully develop a centralized business office specifically designed to help Orthopaedic services manage their reimbursement and technology.

Professional Affiliations: Mr. Wold currently serves as President for the Foundation of Healthcare Management. He is the past President of the Society of Medical Dental Management Consultants and the past President of the National Association of Healthcare Consultants. Mr. Wold also served for many years as a member of the editorial board of Physician Management Magazine, Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Wold is also an active member in the Institute of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants.

 

David M. D’Silva
David M. D'Silva is a Chief Operations Officer of HIS.  Prior to his appointment at HIS, he was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at JPMorgan. There he was responsible for a $300MM Receivables business that included:  P&L accountability, strategy, execution, technical sales support, client services and delivery of the receivables products and services.

He has 25 years of operational experience that includes: management of a large geographic workforce, workflow design, productivity measurement and management, quality metrics development and risk management.
